		<description>Great post Chris.  I agree with you that social media sites should be embraced in the workplace. For me, during the day, logging on to facebook or twitter at work is that little break that I need when I&#039;m losing focus on my work. After a few minutes checking a couple of sites, and then back to work... no big loss to the company.</description>
